Discover Stardust Ceremonies - Your Celebrant

My name is Cat Beharrell and I am an independent celebrant, a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and a trans ally. I also sit on my local Pride committee, and I bring those values of inclusion, visibility, and belonging into every ceremony I create.

I am trained in weddings, naming ceremonies and funerals, and I create ceremonies across all of life’s important moments - from joyful beginnings to heartfelt farewells.

Alongside celebrancy, I work part-time supporting memorial tree dedications for a charity, helping families create living tributes to remember and celebrate the people they love. I also spend time at a local eco glampsite, where I run family-friendly crafting and storytelling workshops - bringing together creativity, nature, and shared experience in a really grounding way.

All of these parts of my life feed into the ceremonies I write and deliver.

My work doesn’t fit neatly into categories. Every ceremony is completely bespoke and shaped around your story, your people, and what feels right for you. That includes weddings, vow renewals, civil partnerships, commitment ceremonies, family blending, naming and welcoming ceremonies, adoption and fostering celebrations, name changes, transition ceremonies, divorce ceremonies, funerals, memorials and celebrations of life.

If you can imagine it, name it, or feel it matters, we can shape it into a ceremony together.

My approach is simple: no templates and no restrictions - just ceremonies that feel honest, personal and meaningful.

As celebrant-led ceremonies are not legally binding, the words, structure and rituals are entirely your choice, with complete freedom around location, timing and tone.
